Giving Back This Spring: Supporting Our Community in April & May

Cadman Group is committed to the communities we serve; giving back is central to our mission. This spring, we are taking part in two important local events that promote education and workforce development throughout the South Bay. We are eager to highlight our contributions and the meaningful impact they have. These are annual events we support, and we welcome you to join us!

Run 4 Education 5K in El Segundo

In April, our team will join the annual El Segundo 5K Run for Education, an event focused on bringing together residents, families, and businesses for a day of exercise and fundraising. The event includes a run/walk, races for kids, and a lively atmosphere dedicated to celebrating both education and community. This PTA-run event raises funds at each school site in the El Segundo Unified School District and then uses those funds to provide materials and programming to our local students to give them the best educational experience possible.

Mychal’s Learning Place Luncheon in Manhattan Beach

In May, we will be attending Mychal's Learning Place Luncheon. This annual event features fundraising auctions, networking opportunities, and stories highlighting the impact Mychal’s Learning Place makes for our developmentally challenged students and the young adults they serve.

Community leaders, businesses, and supporters come together to raise funds that directly support job training and employment programs for these young adults, helping them build confidence and skills for independent, successful lives.
